Jungle is one of the best adventure movies you’ve probably never seen.
Or even heard about.
Based on the incredible true story by Yossi Ghinsberg, Jungle chronicles life and death in the Bolivian rain forest.
It also features monkey hunting, drug trips, starvation-induced hallucinations, monkey eating, unhatched bird eating, foot rotting, foot peeling, crying, screaming, self-pity, and more!
After getting separated from his friends while searching for a remote Indian village, Ghinsberg is forced to survive for three weeks alone in one of the most hostile environments on the planet.
The movie stars Daniel Radcliffe as Ghinsberg and he does a tremendous job of conveying the harsh realities and fears of three weeks alone in the rain forest.
Although the movie drags in spots, it’s an overall great time and one hell’uva an adventure.
